Nico Lebrun needed all his experience to win again in Xonrupt after his first XTERRA France title in 2010, as he took the lead in the last 2 km. He defeated the spanish armada composed by Ruzafa, Guerra and XTERRA France Champion 2011, Victor Del Corral. Defending Champion Asa Shaw finished 5th.

Women race saw the defending Champion Helena Erbenova taking the lead in the first bike loop and to win again by 12' margin on Jacqui Slack who is improving every year. XTERRA France Champion 2010, Marion Lorblanchet is back and complete top 3.

On Sunday morning, XTERRA Decouverte has been won, for the 2nd time in a row by Etienne Maillard, who dominated the competitor field.
